1. Our picture-taking assignment is "Autumn Colours." We agreed that each of us would show up to two pictures and for each picture that a "before" and "after" version could be presented.

2. Several people were interested to see what cameras other people used to take their pictures. This will show us all the wide range of gear that can be used to capture images, from cameras in cell phones and tablets, to easy-to-use digital cameras, to full-featured SLRs. It should produce some interesting discussions. So don't forget to bring your gear!
